Central Arkansas is perfect for business groups, families, singles and people of all ages, cultures & interests. Offering something for everyone, it is the place to relax and have a great time.
Some of Arkansas’ best and finest art galleries, museums, theatres, concert halls, and other entertainment venues make the Natural State their home. History buffs can check out several museums and historical landmarks, and numerous cultural attractions provide a flurry of activity for visitors and locals.
Little Rock is the home of the nation’s newest presidential library, the Clinton Presidential Center and Park, which includes the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service. In addition to archival collection and research facilities, it features exhibits and other educational opportunities. The museum includes 20,000 square feet of exhibits on two levels and features replicas of the Oval Office and the Cabinet Room.
On the north side of the river, North Little Rock is home to the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum. Centered around the submarine USS Razorback (SS 394) and soon to feature the historic tug USS Hoga (YT 146), AIMM is more than just a military museum. It regularly features displays and programs on the impact of maritime trade, the inland waterways system, the Arkansas River, and even Arkansas aquaculture.
